…you are hereby called to serve as a missionary of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. You are assigned to labor in Philippines Quezon City North Mission.

It is truly amazing how one sentence can change your life. 

I am so pleased with my decision to serve and am grateful for the lessons I learned while getting there. As I get closer to leaving for my mission, I am reminded time and time again of God's love for me and the rest of His children. I already feel His love for His children in the Philippines that I will soon meet. I am so excited for this opportunity.
